R-AHEC offers the following programs
as a means for recruiting and retaining health care professionals
in the region. If you are interested in learning more about
a specific program, please contact
us.
MyHealthCareer®
The MyHealthCareer® (MHC) is for both
students and professionals alike. Students can find more
information on regional career education opportunities and
also identify college and university programs that they may be
interested in pursuing. We hope that this site is a
helpful tool for students while they are planning their career
paths.
Professionals seeking on-going training
or retraining opportunities can search through our online
postings to identify and explore opportunities as well.

Job Quest
Area health facilities are encouraged to post their job openings
on our web site. Interested individuals (Recent college graduates
and professionals) can explore placement opportunities and
view facility profiles online.
This section of our site is not only designed
to help candidates make connections, but also to help facilities
qualify candidates. It is our goal to increase awareness of
job openings in priority areas, and to help recruit and fill
these positions quickly and efficiently.
Community and Facility Consultation
Services
As part of our on-going efforts to help identify regional
health care needs and find solutions, R-AHEC provides
consultative support to local communities and providers. Our
staff is experienced in the areas of needs assessment, resource
acquisition, and strategic planning - and have been trained
in the use of Concept Systems© tools and process methodologies.
It is our goal to help your facility or community efficiently
brainstorm, build consensus, and create an action plan that
will assure a positive outcome.
