Medical Students:
To reserve a room for your clinical rotation (or on behalf of someone else), please search the four student rooms below for availability. Once you locate an available room, fill out requested information before clicking “Get a Quote”. In the field “Enter a brief message” YOU MUST indicate that you are a MEDICAL STUDENT as well as identify your GENDER to insure that you are placed in the appropriate room based on housing policies. Ex: Medical Student, Female.
The system will display the cost for the entire stay however, we often have funding available to support medical student housing. If funding is available, your amount will be reduced and will be reflected on your acceptance email. Click “Book Now” to proceed with your payment and to finalize the booking. You will receive an email with check-in instructions and a separate email containing a Google form requesting required tracking information which is used to confirm student status and to ensure compliance with housing policies 3 days prior to check- in. Please complete this Google form within 24 hours of receiving it.
Veterinary Students:

In the field “Enter a brief message” YOU MUST indicate that you are VETERINARY STUDENT as well as identify your GENDER to insure that you are placed in the appropriate room based on housing policies. Ex: Veterinary Student, Male.
