Thiel Hospitality House – Guest Instructions


Where is the Thiel Hospitality House located? 

20 Duncan St. Warsaw, NY 14569 

We are a hidden gem located on the hill behind the Wyoming County Community Hospital. Please review the map and directions and look for our green roof!  

How do I check-in? 

It is self-check-in. Your 4-digit access code will be active at 3pm on the day of check-in. Use the same code on the main door of the Hospitality House and your room door. If you are a community member, student, or healthcare professional your access code will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay through an automated email. 

If you are an Airbnb guest, your code will be sent to you immediately through the Airbnb messaging app after your booking is accepted.  

Is there WiFi? 

Yes, free WiFi is available. Network and password information is provided in your room and posted in the shared kitchen. 

Do you allow early check-in and late check-out?  

Requests for early check-in and late check-out are considered and are subject to availability. If we can accommodate, the Housing Coordinator will communicate with the guest and adjust access times manually.  

Where do I park? 

Free parking is available in the designated labeled parking spots or anywhere in the top parking lot near our main office.  

Is staff available if I need something? 

Staff is available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm in our main office building next to the Hospitality House. NO staff is on site after regular hours. 

If you need assistance after hours, please call or text 585-297-4500 (Mon.-Fri. 4pm-10pm and Sat.-Sun. 9am-10pm). Someone will respond typically within 1 hour.  After 10pm all matters will be handled the next day. 

Do I have a shared bathroom?  

All private rooms have their own bathroom. The only shared spaces are the kitchen, living room, gym, laundry room and veranda. Suites have a shared bathroom within their suite. 

Do I have use of a shared kitchen or our own kitchen? 

Each room/suite has use of a mini refrigerator, microwave, and single-use coffee maker. The house offers a full-size kitchen for shared use (full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, pots/pans, etc.) 

Are there pots/pans/cutlery/glasses in the property for guest use? 

Yes, the property is fully equipped with these items (in the shared kitchen). 

Do I have to bring my own linens and towels? 

No. We provide all linens and towels. 

Do you allow pets? 

As much as we love pets, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our rooms or any of our common areas. 

Is there a crib available? 

A pack n play is available upon request prior to your stay. (no linens provided)  

If you need assistance during regular office hours 8am-4pm Monday-Friday, please call 585-786-6275 or stop in at the main office. 

If you need assistance outside of regular office hours Monday-Friday 4pm-10pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-10pm
