ATHOS is a division of WNY R-AHEC that offers quality educational resources for health care professionals.

The focus of this curriculum is to educate individuals on techniques to enhance patient-centered care, improve the delivery of culturally appropriate healthcare services, and enhance professional behavior in the workplace.

Motivational Interviewing
This training was designed to support the development of Community Health Workers (CHWs) by strengthening CHW skills, knowledge, and abilities. By creating this type of training, CHWs will be highly competent and successful in this new healthcare reform environment.
Cultural Competency & Health Literacy
As communities change across the country, this training focuses on enhancing patient-centered care and improving the delivery of culturally appropriate healthcare services.
Professionalism
This course is designed to provide participants with information to enhance their professional behavior, appearance, and appropriateness in the workplace.
Community Health Worker
